In a recent directive, the prime minister noted that the exhibition has garnered special attention from the public and has had a profoundly positive impact across society.

A corner of the exhibition
The exhibition not only honours Vietnam’s history and highlights significant achievements over the past eight decades, but also strengthens public confidence in the country’s reform path and sustainable development. It offers citizens the chance to directly experience the nation’s progress.
The extension, which moves the closing date from September 5 to September 15, responds to strong public demand and was also recommended by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
The exhibition opened on August 28 at the Vietnam Exposition Centre in Dong Anh Ward, Hanoi. Covering nearly 260,000 square metres, it features 230 booths showcasing the achievements of 34 provinces and cities, 28 ministries, and both state-owned and private enterprises.
The event is divided into three main sections: a general exhibition space, an outdoor exhibition area, and an international and cultural industries section featuring products and images that highlight the development and achievements of 34 cities and provinces and 28 sectors.
Within the first five days, the exhibition attracted nearly two million visitors.
