This marks the third consecutive year that the Food & Hospitality Exhibition has been held. The event serves as one of the key trade promotion activities, creating a bridge for domestic and international brands in the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors to connect and engage in business exchanges.

According to the organisers, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 has attracted more than 180 exhibitors from over 20 countries and territories, reflecting a 22 percent increase compared to the 2023 exhibition. Notably, international exhibitors account for 70 percent of the total, a 5 percent rise from the previous year. This demonstrates the growing interest of international businesses in Hanoi’s F&B and hospitality market.

Several international pavilions are participating to promote their products, including the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Germany, the Italian Trade Agency, the Japan Fisheries Association, the California Milk Advisory Board, the Food Export Association of the Midwest and Northeast USA, the Norwegian Seafood Council, and the California Agricultural Export Council, among others.

Additionally, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 brings together leading industry names such as Andros Vietnam, Annapolis, Cobi Group, Cubes Asia, Dalat Milk, Digicorp, and Dyson, among others.

The exhibition features a diverse range of F&B products, including bakery items, pastries, ice cream, tea, coffee, wine, spirits, and alcoholic beverages, allowing visitors from the capital to explore and enjoy these offerings. Furthermore, the organisers present various food service and hospitality equipment, food technology, packaging, disposable utensils, hospitality technology, and other related industrial services.

Beyond the exhibition space, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 also hosts several engaging activities to honour and nurture organisations, brands, and individuals in the F&B sector. Notable events include the third edition of the Hanoi Talent Chef Competition, the Vietnam Barista Competition, and the Vietnam Aromaster Championship.

A highlight of the event will be the Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025 ceremony, which is expected to draw significant attention from the F&B community. The exhibition also provides an opportunity for visitors to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries through conferences co-organised by Informa Markets and other influential industry organisations.

According to Annie Tran, Senior Project Manager at Informa Markets Vietnam, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 takes place as Vietnam enters a "new era of expansion," with the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors growing more robust than ever.

"Building on the success of the Food & Hospitality exhibition series organised globally by Informa Markets, we are honoured to bring this event back to Hanoi with a high proportion of international exhibitors, accounting for over 70 percent of the total. The event promises to offer a unique space for trade and cultural exchange, showcasing rare culinary experiences in the Vietnamese market," Annie Tran stated.

The organisers anticipate that the exhibition will attract over 7,000 industry visitors over the course of three days, from 18 to 20 March.
