The project spans a total area of 99 hectares in Vinh My Commune, Phu Loc District, and will feature premium resorts, commercial service buildings, and entertainment facilities. It is expected to accommodate up to 5,000 people per day and night.
Hue City’s authorities have asked to ensure water supply, fire safety, wastewater and waste collection systems for the project's operations.
During the project implementation, Hue City must carefully consider factors that may affect the environment and local communities, while also investing in green spaces, public amenities, and lighting infrastructure.
According to the Hue City People's Committee, the coastal tourism area in Vinh My Commune aligns with the city's approved urban planning.
