The provincial disaster management office said the storm struck several communes, including Khanh Binh, Tran Van Thoi, Tri Phai and Luong The Tran.
The storm destroyed 12 homes and damaged the roofs of 63 others. All four injured residents were taken to hospital for treatment.

Local authorities deployed emergency teams to clear debris, restore electricity, assess damage and support affected households.
Concerned agencies also provided initial financial assistance, while the Vietnam Fatherland Front allocated VND 5 million (USD 190) to each household whose home was destroyed and VND 3 million to those with damaged roofs.
Separately, Khanh Binh Commune provided VND 2 million to each family whose home collapsed and VND 1 million to those whose roofs were damaged.
The provincial disaster management office said natural disasters have killed two people and injured four others in Ca Mau since the start of the year, causing estimated losses of more than VND 25 billion.
