Inspired by the city's 2026 tourism theme Danang-Touching the Original, the festival is designed as an experience-led journey under the message "Feel- Enjoy-Explore. ts activities aim to connect visitors with Danang's nature, culture and local way of life.
A highlight will be the Quang Land Culinary Space, alongside several new products being introduced for the first time in Danang. Visitors can explore the Danang Beach Experience Route and watch the Night of Light Kites, with hundreds of illuminated kites creating a colourful scene along the beach.
The festival will also feature the city's first Beach Night Light Party at East Sea Park, combining local food, music and creative light installations.
Other activities include a dawn fish market experience, meditation, sunrise yoga, a Son Tra nature tour, beach sports, the VnExpress Marathon and an open lion and dragon dance contest.
Nguyen Thi Hoai An, deputy director of the Danang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said the festival was designed to offer deeper travel experiences as more visitors seek authentic cultural and local connections.
She said the city would use its traditional values, local identity and cultural spaces to create more meaningful experiences for tourists.
