According to the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), 41 million international passengers were in the total, marking a 26 percent increase on the previous year. However 68 million domestic passengers represented a 15 percent decline on the previous year.

The total volume of goods handled at Vietnamese airports reached 1.51 million tonnes, a 19 percent increase year-on-year.
The airports handled 663,000 flights in the year.
ACV's total revenues this year were estimated at VND21.46 trillion (USD840 million), up 8 percent from last year. Pre-tax profits were as projected to surpass VND11.98 trillion, a 35 percent rise from 2023.
ACV is accelerating the construction of Long Thanh International Airport in Dong Nai, as instructed by the government. The company has completed 80 percent of Terminal 3 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
ACV has set a total to serve 118.9 million passengers next year, including 44 million foreigners.
