The incident occurred on a section of National Highway 55 running through Tan Thang Commune, Ham Tan District at around 6:30 am on November 13 when a military car collided with a coach.
The place where the accident happens
The crash left three officers strewn across the road. They were taken to hospital, but due to severe injuries, Nguyen Van Cuong and Dang Trong Nghia, both 22, died.
Meanwhile, Mai Van Thai, 21, and Nguyen Van Thong, 22, suffered from severe injuries. They are at hospital in HCM City receiving intensive treatment.
