A traffic accident occurred on Hanoi-Haiphong Expressway this morning, July 11, leaving two dead and six others injured.
According to a report from local authortities, at around 9 am on the section running through Hai Duong Province’s Gia Loc District, a pickup truck driven by Dang Quoc Hoang, 41, from Ha Tinh was hit by a 16-seat passenger bus with 11 people on board driven by Quach Van Lam, 35, from Hoa Binh Province.
Then Trinh Tuan Anh and Le Ngoc Hung got out of the pickup truck to argue with Lam in front of the passenger bus.
Suddenly, a car driven by Tran Ngoc The from Thai Binh crashed into the passenger bus. As a result, Anh and Lam died on the spot, meanwhile, 10 others were injured and hospitalised.
All three vehicles were severely damaged.
