The incident occurred at the toy shop in Van Hai Commune in Kim Son District at around 5 pm. Residents heard a loud explosion coming from the shop and the roof and walls collapsed. Fire erupted from the house.
The scence of the incident
Resue services quickly came to the scene and found two people dead. The two victims were women who were both from Kim Son, one aged 28 and the other 30.
The police are investigating the cause of the incident.
