
Three buses collide in Hue, injuring seven in Hue City on June 6.
The incident occurred at around 10.30 pm on June 6 in Huong Thuy Town, Hue, according to local authorities.
Phan Thai San, 32, was driving a Hieu Hoa company bus carrying 40 passengers when he rear-ended a bus also transporting 40 passenger operated by Vinh Chung company, driven by 40-year-old Bui Hung Manh. The impact pushed the Vinh Chung bus forward into a third vehicle, a Khanh Quynh bus driven by Nguyen Dinh Doan, 36, which was transporting 28 passengers.
The crash left seven people injured. Among them, the assistant driver and four passengers on the Hieu Hoa bus sustained serious injuries. Two passengers on the Vinh Chung bus were also hurt after hitting the vehicle’s doors during the collision.
At the scene, all three buses sustained significant front-end damage. Debris was scattered over an area of approximately 200 square metres. Passengers were safely evacuated and waited by the roadside for transfer vehicles to continue their journeys.

Traffic police cordoned off the area, arranged emergency transport for the injured, and launched an investigation into the cause of the crash.
