A video recently shared online shows thousands of birds flying over fields in Tan Chau Commune before descending onto harvested paddies to search for food.

The footage captures vast flocks circling above the countryside, at times filling the sky with white wings, before settling among rice stubble and shallow water.
Phan Van Hung, chairman of the Tan Chau Commune People's Committee, confirmed that the footage was filmed in the commune.
He said the birds roost at Xuan Duong Lake and fly to nearby rice fields during the day to feed.
"Local officials had already recorded large numbers of birds gathering at Xuan Duong Lake. They usually fly to nearby fields to feed during the day before returning to the lake," Hung said.
Although egrets are a familiar sight in rural Vietnam, residents said seeing thousands gathering in one area was unusual.
Locals said recently harvested fields provide abundant natural food, attracting large flocks of birds.
Authorities have urged residents not to hunt or trap wild birds to protect the flocks feeding and roosting in the area.
Tan Chau Commune was formed through the merger of four former communes: Dien Loc, Dien Loi, Dien Phu and Dien Tho. It covers 54.77 square kilometres and has a population of around 24,072.
The commune has considerable potential for agricultural development and ecotourism.
