The beach was crowded with visitors on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Roads leading to the beach saw serious traffic congestion on those two days.
According to the Cua Lo Town People's Committee, the beach welcomed over 120,000 visitors on three days last weekend including 60,000 on Saturday and 40,000 on Sunday. Some 10,000 visitors stayed at local hotels and guest houses.
The beach was more crowded in the late afternoons.
Rescue forces patrolled with speed boats along the beach.
