The provincial people’s committee, today May 20, asked local agencies to deal with Saigon General Service Corporation’s slow-moving Saigon-Ho Tram villa project in Xuyen Moc District within this month.
A tourism project in Ba Ria-Vung Tau
The committee also decided to cancel the planning of the Ngan Hiep and Ngan Son villa projects in Xuyen Moc District.
Ngan Hiep Villa Project, which covers 2.52 hectares, was approved by Ba Ria-Vung Tau authorities in 2002 as remained consigned to paper. The same situation has also been reported for the Ngan Son Villa Project located on an area of 13.05 hectares.The province has also requested to terminate the Thong Anh and Truong Phat tourism projects.
