Vu Duc Hanh, owner of a restaurant on Nguyen Van Huyen Street in Cau Giay District, said that he was very happy to reopen his business following a long halt due to Covid-19. Hanh now maintains only three staff members for his restaurants.

At a soup stall on To Hieu Street, staff focused on washing dishes and doing the cleaning for the resumption tomorrow, September 17.

A Pho restaurant on Nguyen Truong To Street in Ba Dinh District was also reopened today.

A mechanic in Cau Giay started serving customers today.

All passengers who came to a restaurant on Doi Can Street were required to scan QR code as a health declaration and wash their hands.

Most of the restaurants’ customers today were from nearby offices.

A noodle restaurant on Doi Can Street received more customers than expected on the first day of the reopening.
