Russian President Putin to visit Vietnam

Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay a State-level visit to Vietnam on November 12, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The visit was made at the invitation of State President Truong Tan Sang, a Ministry communiqué said on November 1.
