The PM highly valued outcomes of the talks between the two foreign ministers of Vietnam and Argentine and said the visit by FM Hector Timerman will be a contribution to promoting the two countries’ cooperation in many fields.
He affirmed Vietnam’s wish to strengthen multifaceted cooperation with Argentina, saying that the two countries need better cooperation at multilateral forums and should boost two-way trade to surpass the current level of 1 billion USD.
PM Dung agreed with the FM’s proposals on increasing bilateral cooperation in protecting the environment and coping with climate change and rising sea levels.
He also said that coping with climate change is a global issue, so that developed countries need to have a bigger responsibility and work closely with developing nations to effectively deal with the issue.
