PM meets with Cambodian counterpart

The Vietnamese PM highlighted the achievements Cambodian people have reaped in developing the country in recent years.

He congratulated the Cambodian People's Party led by PM Hun Sen on its victory at the recent general election.

He expected that the new Cambodian Government and the National Assembly will be established soon to stabilize the nation for the sake of Cambodian citizens and global and regional peace and development.

PM Hun Sen thanked the Vietnamese State and people for their supports for the Cambodian Government and confirmed that the Royal Government of Cambodia will do its utmost to stabilize the country.

The two leaders applauded the two sides’ relationship, especially in terms of economics, trade and investment. They agreed to direct their ministries and localities to strengthen cooperation in all fields.

This occasion, PM Dung expressed his thanks for the Cambodian Government for creating favorable conditions for Overseas Vietnamese in Cambodia to settle their lives.
