He is accompanied by Minister and Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung; Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh; Minister of Information and Communications Truong Minh Tuan; and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha.
His entourage also includes Deputy Minister of Defence Nguyen Chi Vinh; Deputy Minister of Public Security Bui Van Nam; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Quoc Dung; Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province Nguyen Hong Dien; and Vietnamese Ambassador to India Ton Sinh Thanh.
