Petrol prices sharply rise following five decreases

Following the latest adjustment, the price of E5RON92 biofuel rose by VND687 per litre to VND 21,199 per litre and RON95 by VND 30 to VND 22,145 per litre.

This was the first increase after five recent consecutive reductions.

Diesel prices also rose by VND 514 to VND 19,524 per litre, and kerosene price increased by VND530 to VND20,494 per litre. The prices of mazut oil slightly went up by VND 287 per kilo to VND15,265 per kilo.

The two ministries have decided to only extract VND300 per kilo from mazut oil prices for the price stablisation fund this time.
