The two MK82 bombs weighing 230 kilos each and a 500 kilo AN-M65 were discovered in Cu Bai Village, Huong Hoa District on Thursday.

One was located among local households, while another was around 40 metres from the households with the remainder 1.5 kilometres from the residential area.
Local authorities evacuated 28 households in Cu Bai Village while the bombs were dealt with.
The MK82 bomb inside the residential area was defused with remote-control equipment.
The authorities also moved the 500-kilo bomb to a safe place to be detonated.
