More localities in Vietnam have conducted the Covid-19 vaccination
Thirteen provinces and cities with Covid-19 outbreaks are actively organising training courses for local medical staff in order to expand the Covid-19 vaccination.
According to the National Expanded Immunisation Programme, most of the vaccinated people displayed normal symptoms such as muscle pain, fatigue, fever, headache, chills, pain at the injection spot and nausea. Some experienced anaphylactoid shock and they were treated rapidly.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong, deputy director of Thanh Nhan Hospital, said that on March 9, 36 staff from the hospital were vaccinated against Covid-19 with 18 showing normal symptoms. However, twenty hours later, all of them recovered and have returned to work as usual.
