Vietnam’s top badminton player Nguyen Tien Minh has held on to his 7th position in the Badminton World Federation’s rankings.

Vietnam’s top badminton player Nguyen Tien Minh has held on to his 7th position in the Badminton World Federation’s (BWF) rankings for eight weeks.

However, he is only placed 15th in the Badminton Super Series.

He has not participated in any tournament since he was defeated by the world’s No.4 Peter Hoeg Gade from Denmark.

He is training intensively in preparation for Olympic London 2012.
