The volunteers, who are from Hai Duong Medical Technical University located in Hai Duong City, have sent letters volunteering in the fight against Covid-19.
Many students and lecturers from Hai Duong Medical Technical University have joined in taking Covid-19 testing samples
Following the Covid-19 outbreak in the province, the university has called on students and staff, including lecturers, to join Covid-19 prevention and control activities. After that, more than 1,000 students in the third and fourth year and lecturers have registered.
Training courses on epidemiology study and analysis, vulnerable people tracing, taking testing samples and treatment methods have been held for these people.
The hospital co-operated with Bach Mai Hospital in Hanoi to set up a field hospital that could accommodate 210 patients. Many lecturers and students of the hospital have assisted the treatment there.
Another 274 final-year students at the university have also participated in taking Covid-19 test samples in Chi Linh City and Kinh Mon and Nam Sach districts.
