A luxury express train will be begin plying the Hanoi-HCM City route on January 26, the Vietnam Railway Corp (VRC) said.
The SE5/SE6 train will be modern and spacious to ensure safety and comfort for passengers.

VCR said the SE5 train will depart from Hanoi station at 9am and arrive at Saigon Station in HCM City at 8pm the following day. The return SE6 train departs from Saigon Station at 9am and arrives in Hanoi at 8pm the following day.
The train will stop at Phu Ly, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Bim Son, Thanh Hoa, Cho Sy, Vinh, Yen Trung, Huong Pho, Dong Le, Dong Hoi, Dong Ha, Hue, Lang Co, Da Nang, Tam Ky, Nui Thanh, Quang Ngai, Bong Son, Dieu Tri, Tuy Hoa, Ninh Hoa, Nha Trang, Thap Cham, Binh Thuan, Long Khanh, Bien Hoa.
Tickets range from VND548,000-1,320,000.
