The programmes span the province, from mountainous communities to Phu Quy Island, focusing on drowning prevention, life skills and environmental awareness.
In mountainous La Da Commune, youth volunteers are running life skills, sports and cultural programmes for more than 2,000 children, while providing bicycles and school supplies to disadvantaged students.

Organisers said the initiative was designed to provide safer alternatives to unsupervised play near rivers, streams and reservoirs, where children face a higher risk of drowning during the summer.
On Phu Quy Island, the local youth union has launched themed activities promoting marine awareness, water safety and healthy lifestyles.
The programme includes free swimming lessons three times a week, teaching children how to recognise hazardous waters, use life jackets and rescue equipment, and respond safely in drowning emergencies.
Other activities include library visits, traditional games, teamwork exercises and military-style camps aimed at encouraging discipline, reading habits and social skills.
The activities are intended to provide children with a safe and constructive environment during the summer break while helping them develop practical life skills.
