Hanoi served 22.6 million tourists between January and November, up 32.4 percent on-year, including 4.1 million visitors from abroad. Domestic visitors accounted for 18.5 million during the phase, up 17.5 percent on-year.

Total tourism revenue was estimated at VND84.25 trillion, (USD3.48 billion), up 58.4 percent on-year.
The city received 1.8 million visitors in November alone, up 10 percent on-year, but down 4.2 percent against October. Of the figure, 453,900 were foreigners, up 56.6 percent on-year and 1.35 million were domestic visitors, equal to the same phase of last year.
Hanoi had 3,758 tourism accommodation establishments with a total of 71,016 rooms, including 605 hotels and apartments rated from 1-5 stars.
The average room occupancy rate of Hanoi hotels in November was recorded at around 53.2 percent in November against 3.1 percent in October 2023.
