As Tet approaches, people in Hanoi set out to the streets to buy the things they need to celebrate Tet or back to their home towns on the festival.
Trying to avoid the traffic is becoming extremely difficult. It can be disheartening if all you want are a few tomatoes or a branch of peach blossoms. Almost every road and intersection has become choked with traffic.
