The provincial People’s Committee is seeking the government’s approval for transferring 47.67 hectares of fields in Phu Lao Commune, Lac Thuy District into the tourist site project which will be invested by Pacific-Hoa Binh One Member Company Ltd.

Under the government’s instruction, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development will co-operate for the consideration.
The project designed to welcome around 10,000 visitors per day will include major facilities such as parks, entertainment service areas and housing areas.
The project with a total capital of VND3.03 trillion (USD130.43 million) is expected for completion in March 2025.
Located in the South East of Hoa Binh Province, Lac Thuy is home to many landscapes such as Tien Pagoda, Thuy Tien Cave and Boi Do eco-tourist site.
