Accordingly, one high-range and three low-range firework shows are set to take place at Thu Thiem tunnel (district 2) and Dam Sen Cultural Park (district 11), Cu Chi tunnel (Cu Chi district) and Rung Sac Square (Can Gio district) from 0:00 to 0:15 on January 1, 2018.

Meanwhile, one high-range and five low-range shows will light up the sky of Districts 2 and 11, and the districts of Cu Chi, Can Gio, Nha Be and Hoc Mon on February 16 or the first day of the first lunar month.
The city will use funds provided by social sources in order to pay for the firework shows.
