The city has released a list of priority projects focused on industrial and cluster infrastructure, with planned sites ranging from tens to thousands of hectares.
The largest is Bac Chau Duc 1 Industrial Park, covering 1,200 hectares in Chau Duc Commune, with total investment of VND 13.27 trillion (approximately USD 530 million). The project is designed as a multi sector industrial hub, prioritising clean and low pollution industries.
Other major projects include Phu Giao 4 Industrial Park (VSIP 5) in Phuoc Hoa Commune, spanning 1,000 hectares; Dau Tieng 1A Industrial Park in Long Hoa Commune at around 800 hectares; and Phu My Industrial Park in Tan Hai Ward, covering about 650 hectares. These projects are expected to attract modern, environmentally friendly manufacturing.

Additional developments include Lai Hung Industrial Park in Ben Cat Ward and Binh Duong Riverside Industrial Park in Tay Nam Ward, each with an area of about 600 hectares. These are oriented towards science and technology, with a focus on high tech industries such as semiconductors and chip manufacturing.
Bac Tan Uyen 5 Industrial Park in Thuong Tan Commune will cover 500 hectares, with an investment of VND 5 trillion (approximately USD 200 million). Located near Ring Road 4, it is expected to benefit from transport connectivity while supporting labour intensive industries and relocating facilities from older industrial zones.
The list also includes several smaller industrial clusters in Phuoc Hoa, Thanh An, Phu Giao and Long Dien communes, typically covering 70 to 75 hectares each, aimed at diversifying industrial development and supporting local economic growth.
