The tours launched on Sunday are the first tourism products after the city loosened its social distancing regulations.
All the tour operators and visitors were fully vaccinated against Covid-19. They were also requested to conform to Covid-19 prevention regulations.
The tourists were taken to Monkey Island and Rung Sac (Sac Forest), a revolutionary base in the American War, in Can Gio District.
The doctors commemorated those who died fighting at Sac Forest. Many of the visitors who are from northern localities, have assisted in HCM City’s prevention and control over the past three months.
Fishing crocodiles is a special service in Can Gio.
Sau Swamp is home to around 40 mature crocodiles.
The doctors also joined a tour to visit Cu Chi’s revolutionary bases, including the Cu Chi Tunnels.
