The centre will have an 800-seat theatre, 200-seat 3D-4D cinema, 500-capacity stadium, swimming pool, library and other facilities.

The buildings have modern architecture, which is convenient and close to nature.

The observatory tower is still under construction.

The domed roof building has a theatre, cinema, and art clubs.

The outdoor entertainment facilities are also being completed.
The old Hanoi Children's Palace on Ly Thai To Street, built in 1973, has deteriorated badly. Despite many renovations, the infrastructure is unable to meet current demand.
