After some children at the Dich Vong Kindergarten in Cau Giay precinct contracted the disease the school has allowed all pupils in the same class to stay at home to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
Since early this year, there have been more than 15,000 cases of HFM disease, including 11 fatal ones in 63 provinces and cities, mostly in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Hau Giang, Da Nang and Haiphong.
