Vu Hong Truong, director of Metro Hanoi Co. Ltd., said that since November 6, Cat Linh-Ha Dong metro route has transported 1.2 million passengers, equal to 14,000 per day on average.

The number of passengers who use the route commuting has been on the rise.

Truong added that the company has instructed security officers at the route’s stations not to receive drunk passengers during the Tet Holiday.

Cat Linh-Ha Dong trains will be operated through Tet. On the last day of the 12th lunar month, the trains will run until 5 pm. On the first day of the Lunar New Year, the operation time is 9 am to 6 pm.

On the second day of the Lunar New Year, the trains will run from 8.30 am.
