In recent days, the capital has taken on a fresh, dignified look as coordinated decorations have been installed along key roads and squares to mark the major political event.

Along streets including Trang Tien, Hang Bai, Dien Bien Phu, Kim Ma, Nguyen Thai Hoc and Giang Vo, rows of billboards, banners, Party and national flags have been uniformly installed.

The Hoan Kiem Lake area, widely regarded as the heart of the capital, stands out as a focal point, with decorations harmoniously blended into the surrounding landscape.

Concise slogans highlighting the Congress’s theme have been placed at prominent, high-traffic locations, helping convey the political significance of the landmark event.

Large billboards have also been installed in front of the Hanoi People’s Committee headquarters, creating prominent visual highlights.

Outside the Hanoi Opera House roundabout, large posters with modern designs combine lotus motifs with traditional Dong Son drum patterns.
