Ha Long beaches crowded
People return to football fields
The beaches were most crowded on Sunday afternoon and the fitness clubs and football fields also saw many people. Activities for the Mid-Autumn Festival are also being held in Ha Long.
Many people reluctant to return to the gyms in enclosed environment
Preventive measures are still upheld including wearing masks in public places and the use of hand wash.
Ha Long has not been opened for visitors from other provinces and cities yet. The local authorities hope to reopen tourism in October.
