The PM has approved the draft loan Agreement between the Vietnamese Government and the German KfW Development Bank for the first phase of smart electricity-effectiveness in transmission project, worth €65 million.
Ensuring the progress of the smart power grid development project is important to reducing power transmission and distribution costs and other costs to develop power sources. This objective was also stated in Prime Ministerial Decision 1670/2012/QD-TTg.
