Accompanying To Lam is a high-level delegation including senior Party and State officials such as Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Phan Van Giang, Luong Tam Quang, and Le Hoai Trung, among others.
The trip underscores Vietnam’s continued emphasis on strengthening strategic partnerships in the region, with India regarded as a key partner in areas such as defense, trade, and technology cooperation.
