Fuel prices continue falling

Domestic retail petroleum prices declined at 3 pm today, July 18, after a decision by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

This marks the second consecutive petroleum price drop.

The price of biofuel E5 RON92 fell by VND110 per litre to VND22,170 per litre, while RON95 declined by VND120 to VND23,170 per litre.

Diesel prices fell by VND330 to VND20,500 per litre, kerosene dropped by VND370 to VND20,660 per litre, and mazut prices declined by VND170 to VND17,610 per kilo.

The Petroleum Stabilisation Fund was not used for this round of adjustments.

So far this year, petrol prices in Vietnam have risen 16 times and decreased 13 times. Meanwhile, diesel prices have increased 15 times and dropped 12 times.
