During his stay, Minh will have talks with Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha and meet with high-ranking leaders of the RoK.
The visit aims to maintain the sound growth of bilateral relations and bolster collaboration in the fields of foreign affairs, security, defence, economy, trade, investment, culture, education, and labour.
It takes place when the two countries are celebrating the 25th anniversary of diplomatic ties.
