He noted that in 2025 alone, Dantri signed a series of strategic cooperation agreements with agencies and organisations across multiple sectors, including education, universities and reputable research institutions.
Under the draft cooperation framework, beyond media activities, the two sides may jointly organise scientific conferences addressing pressing social issues. The partnership also enables exchanges and discussions to develop high quality programmes that draw on the expertise and academic strength of the university’s lecturers and specialists.
The cooperation is also expected to create opportunities in human resource development. As a newspaper under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Dantri places strong emphasis on labour, employment, career guidance and workforce training. Through training programmes at Cuu Long University, Dantri hopes to contribute to supplying high quality human resources for society and for its own operations.
For its part, Cuu Long University will link participation in Dantri’s conferences and events with student field trips and internships, and co organise scientific seminars in its areas of strength such as policy, law and economics. The university will also invite Dantri journalists and editors to contribute feedback on training curricula and share practical experience with students and high school pupils.

Both sides agreed to cooperate in producing media content and professional articles, and to carry out activities that directly serve each other’s information and communication needs, in line with legal regulations and practical conditions.
Established in 2000, Cuu Long University is the first private university in the Mekong Delta. After 25 years of development, it now offers 38 undergraduate programmes with more than 90 specialisations across fields including economics, engineering, medicine and pharmacy, information technology, social sciences and humanities, languages and high tech agriculture, with more than 40,000 students and trainees.
The university currently has more than 1,300 staff and lecturers, including over 70 professors and associate professors, 241 PhD holders and hundreds of masters and medical specialists. Its campus covers more than 23.6 hectares, with modern classrooms, laboratories, practice workshops and an electronic library serving training and research needs.
