The Chairman of the Danang City Fishery Association, Tran Van Linh, said that the association will sue China for sinking their fishing ship on May 26.

The ship DNa-90152 will be used as an evidence to denounce Chinese violations.
The ship DNa-90152 was lifted from the sea area near China’s illegally-placed oil rig and is owned by Mrs. Huynh Thi Nhu Hoa from Danang City.
The body of the ship had serious damage. Linh said that, after appraisal, it was deemed that the ship could not be salvaged. The boat will be used as an evidence to denounce Chinese violations.
The Danang City Fishery Association will seek support from the Vietnam Lawyers' Association to complete legal procedures to sue China soon, Linh added.
On May 26, Chinese fishing boats rammed and sunk the ship owned by Mrs. Huynh Thi Nhu Hoa with 10 fishermen on board in Vietnamese territorial waters. All the crew members were rescued by other Vietnamese fishing boats.
