The move will take effect from May 1 this year.
According to Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), the removal of flight announcements via loud speakers has become a trend in many foreign airports.
Instead, all information related to flights will be displayed on screens in both Vietnamese and English at the domestic terminal.
In June last year, Tan Son Nhat International Airport became the pioneer among Vietnamese airports to stop making flight announcements through loud speakers
