Accordingly, upon the request of Minh, the city's Department of Trade & Industry will work closely with enterprises to meet the demand of essential goods at reasonable prices in order to stablise the market in addition to monitoring the market development and market prices.
Furthermore, the department will also direct functional forces to check and supervise implementation of state regulations on price management such as listing prices, selling at listed prices, not increasing prices without proper reasons, not trading illegal or low standard goods and discovering, preventing or taking action against those who propagandise wrong information that negatively impacts consumer psyche.
In addition, the city's Department of Finance will coordinate with relevant bodies to strengthen price controls, especially in terms of consumption products, transportation and service fees.
