The Vietnam Circus Federation has launched an online ticketing system for performances at the Central Circus Theatre, enabling audiences to purchase tickets, select seats and receive electronic tickets through its official website.

The new platform, developed in partnership with VTC Corporation, is available via the federation's website, xiecvietnam.vn.
Instead of buying tickets at the box office, audiences can now browse performance schedules, choose shows and performance times, and select their preferred seats online.
The system displays an interactive seating plan, allowing customers to choose their seats before completing payment. Once the transaction is confirmed, a QR code e-ticket is sent to the buyer for admission to the Central Circus Theatre at 67-69 Tran Nhan Tong Street, Hanoi.
According to the Vietnam Circus Federation, electronic tickets reduce admission times while minimising the risk of lost or forgotten paper tickets. Users can also review their purchase history and previously booked tickets through their personal accounts.
During the initial rollout, about 80 per cent of transactions were completed using mobile devices, reflecting the growing preference among audiences for booking tickets on smartphones.
Tong Toan Thang, director of the Vietnam Circus Federation, said the online ticketing system forms part of the organisation's broader digital transformation strategy. He said younger audiences and families with children increasingly expect to browse schedules, choose seats, pay for tickets and receive admission passes directly on their mobile phones.
In addition to improving convenience for visitors, the platform will help the federation analyse audience demand and plan performance schedules and programmes more effectively.
Ticket prices for performances at the Central Circus Theatre currently range from VND 100,000 to VND 200,000 (USD 3.80 to USD 7.60), depending on seat location and the performance.
