
Around 1,300 households in Xuan Quan are growing flowers across 200 hectares. They grow a variety of flowers which are supplied to many cities and provinces nationwide.


Flowers non-native to Vietnam are also grown in the village.

According to local farmers, the weather is quite favourable for flowers.

The village has become busier as more visitors and traders arrive.


Pots of Petunia flowers are sold for around VND60,000 (USD2.47) each.



Traditional flower varieties dominate the village as they are cheap and easy to care for.

Traders flock to the village to buy flowers as Tet nears.
