Flower shops in the village by National Highway 46 are beautifully decorated to attract customers. They sell various kinds of flowers and bonsai trees displayed along the road.
According to shop owners, they have seen more customers in the past two months. Many people have bought flowers and bonsai trees early to avoid the price hikes ahead of Tet.
The section of National Highway 46 running through Kim Phuc Village is colourful. Garden owners have also set up shelving and metal frames to hang flower baskets. Each garden has its own decorative way of showcasing its products.
Phan Van Minh from Vinh City’s Hung Phuc Ward said he visits the village every year to buy flowers for Tet.
Many garden owners also provide consultancy and design services. Customers often bring photos of their house or garden to seek advice.
