Organised by 12 artists and art studios in collaboration with the Van Mieu -Quoc Tu Giam Centre of Scientific and Cultural Activities, the event aims to promote artistic creativity to the public.

The exhibition features nearly 350 artworks across various media, including oil painting, watercolor, silk, acrylic, graphic art, and pen drawing. Each piece tells a unique story and conveys distinct messages from the artists.

Besides, the fair also introduces an interactive artistic space with 12 experience booths resembling "open houses," allowing visitors to engage directly with artists. Attendees can explore creative processes, discuss inspirations, and gain insights into the artistic journey.

According to architect and artist Bui Thanh Viet Hung, the event presents accessible, relatable works rather than exclusive or high-cost pieces. It serves as both a showcase for artists and a platform for artistic exchange.

Running from March 26 to 31, the fair offers diverse activities, enriching public engagement with contemporary Vietnamese art.

Director of the Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam Centre of Scientific and Cultural Activities Le Xuan Kieu emphasised that the exhibition connects tradition with modernity, fostering creativity and making art more accessible. The event also introduces Vietnam’s cultural heritage to international audiences.

During the event, visitors can participate in workshops on painting, sketching, and traditional paper art, transforming passive observation into hands-on artistic experiences. The fair continues until March 31, 2025./
