Bus Route 2 spans 46.7 kilometres, starting from the Danang Central Bus Station and passing through key roads including Nam Tran, Ly Thai Tong, Nguyen Tat Thanh, Tran Phu (Danang Administrative Centre), Nguyen Van Linh, 2 Thang 9, Tien Son Bridge, Le Van Hien, Tran Dai Nghia, and Road 607.
It continues into Hoi An via Nguyen Tat Thanh, Hoi An Bus Station, Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Nhan Tong, Cua Dai, Au Co, and ends at the Cua Dai inland waterway parking lot.

Meanwhile, Bus Route 21 covering 77.2 kilometres and links Danang Central Bus Station and going through Ton Duc Thang, Hue Junction Overpass, Dien Bien Phu, Nguyen Duc Trung, Tran Cao Van, Dong Da, Ly Tu Trong, Tran Phu, Nguyen Van Linh, 2 Thang 9, Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ong Ich Duong, Cam Le Bridge, Pham Hung, National Highway 1, and the old Huong An Bridge. It connects to Tam Ky Bus Station via Phan Boi Chau, Phan Chau Trinh, and Tam Ky Bridge.
Large B55 buses will be used to meet demand during peak hours, with a frequency of every 5 minutes on the Tam Ky route and 20 minutes on the Cua Dai route. Stops are located near the Park & Ride Parking Lot, allowing passengers to park their vehicles and easily transfer to the bus service.
Monthly passes are priced at VND 700,000 (approximately USD 27.61) for Route 2 and VND 850,000 for Route 21, with discounted rates of VND 490,000 and VND 600,000 available for government employees.
Students, seniors aged 60 and above, people with disabilities, and policy beneficiaries with war injuries who are eligible for an 81 per cent discount are eligible for discounted monthly fares of VND 300,000 on Route 2 and VND 400,000 on Route 21.
