In Asia, Vietnam finished eighth among 23 economies, down one notch compared to the previous year, and ranked after Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, and the Republic of Korea.

In Vietnam, several cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, and Da Nang were listed in the “moderate proficiency” category, while other localities, such as Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Can Tho, Hue, Nam Dinh, and Thanh Hoa were named in the “low proficiency” category.

Globally, the Netherlands maintained its top position followed by Norway, Sweden, Austria, and Denmark.
